The Philadelphia 76ers hosted the Portland Trailblazers at the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, PA, on Friday night. They were looking for their fourth consecutive victory.

Portland controlled the first half of this game and even led by as much as 21 points at one point. The Sixers came storming back, however, and Joel Embiid scored the go-ahead basket with just 1.1 seconds left, shooting over Portland’s star in Damien Lillard as well as Jusuf Nurkic as the 76ers defeated the Trail Blazers, 120-119.

Along with his game-winning shot, Embiid scored a game-high 39 points, shooting 13 of 20 from the field. James Harden and Tyrese Maxey also scored in double figures as they had 19 and 13 points, respectively.

Philadelphia extends their win streak to four with the one-point victory. They will have off on Saturday before hosting the Washington Wizards on Sunday night. Tip-off for that game is scheduled for 6 p.m. ET.
