Jamestown Man Indicted For Distribution Of Heroin And Fentanyl Causing Death

As the result of an investigation conducted by the DEA New York Field Division and the Jamestown Police Department, a federal grand jury today returned a three-count indictment charging James Brandow, 33, of Jamestown, NY, with distribution of heroin and fentanyl causing death, distribution of heroin and fentanyl causing serious bodily injury, and narcotics conspiracy.

Between July 2020 and June 2021, Brandow allegedly conspired with others to sell heroin and fentanyl.

On July 31, 2020, Brandow sold heroin and fentanyl which resulted in the death of an individual identified as K.T. and resulted in seriously bodily injury to an individual identified as B.F.
